Nothing says game day like good food!
My favorite snacks when having a watch party always involve chocolate. This past weekends game was all about the chocolate dipping! These Mega Kiwi dippers were super simple to make, and delicious. Here is what you need:
Ingredients:
4 Mega Kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 cup melting chocolate rounds, melted
Candied pecans, crushed
The directions are simple. Place wax paper on a cookie sheet. Melt the chocolate according to the packages instructions. Once the chocolate is melted, dip each Mega Kiwi slice halfway into the chocolate and place on the prepared cookie sheet, then sprinkle with the candied pecans. Repeat! That's it!
Place them in the refrigerator until the chocolate is firm, then serve.
What other fun things can you dip and serve?
I like to do pretzels for the salty/sweet factor. Marshmallows and bacon (if you haven't tried this, you are missing out) are also a favorite!
Then add to your menu some BBQ little smokies, some chips and cheese dip or salsa and you are ready to cheer on your team. Happy eating!
