It’s always a good thing if your Monday starts with a brownie, isn’t it? Even better when it’s brownie pizza!
This is a super simple recipe to do. Prepare the brownie mix, transfer the batter to a pizza pan or springform pan and bake. The springform will make a thicker brownie "crust", so if you want a thinner pizza style dough, reserve some of the brownie mix.
While the pizza is in the oven, prepare the cream cheese spread by whisking together cream cheese, sugar and pineapple juice. Once done, allow the brownie pizza to cool completely. Then apply cream cheese on top, decorate with tropical fruits and enjoy. It’s such an easy recipe and one which the whole family can enjoy. You can even involve your kids while making this dessert, I am sure they will have fun arranging all the fruits!
