Mega Kiwi Pomegranate Salsa

It's so salsafying <3

This recipe is for sweet and acid lovers. It goes so well with salmon, shrimp, and even chicken salad! Also zest it up with some Mexican flavors for a dish bursting with flavor. My family likes it with a hint of lime in our tortilla chips for dipping. It's a fun fall dish that is sure to win everyone's approval!

Ingredients:

2 Mega Kiwi peeled and chopped

1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

1/2 avocado peeled and chopped

1 tablespoon green onion

1 tablespoon jalapeño chili peppers (optional)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

1 teaspoon olive oil (or avocado if you have it)

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients above, and serve immediately. This dish is best eaten fresh.
